Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 3050 platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 3050 and the user, and are enforceable on both parties. The platform may not be used by minors — anyone under the age of 18 — and any violation of this condition will result in immediate account closure. 3050 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on the 3050 platform, you must provide accurate and complete information, and may be required to submit identity verification documents when requested. Only one account per person is allowed — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential, and you must not share them with anyone. Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account to the 3050 support team immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for added account security. Any loss resulting from failure to safeguard your account credentials is entirely your own responsibility.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 3050 platform must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, and the platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose. Harassing or disturbing other users, spreading false information, or engaging in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate platform systems using automated bots, scripts, or other technical means will result in permanent account closure.
